Founded in 2022, East Alabama Contractors was built on one mission: deliver quality homes and strong relationships within our community. Backed by over 10 years of experience, our craftsmanship and integrity show in every custom home, renovation, and addition.

East Alabama Contractors is owned and operated by Sullivan Fralish, a Pike Road, AL native who lives and builds in the same community he serves. After marrying his wife Elizabeth in 2024 and welcoming their son, Patton, in 2025, building homes in Troy became even more personal.
That connection shows up in every project. The team believes a home should reflect the people who live in it, built with purpose, crafted with pride, and made to stand the test of time. They’re not just building houses. They’re helping families create something that lasts for generations.
